Kelly is a Dietetics Major with a Bachelor of Science from Mount Mary University. She became interested in dietetics when she learned she could positively impact someone’s overall wellness as well as physical performance through nutrition. Kelly has several years of experience working in hospital settings in which she assisted patients with managing and preventing a variety of chronic diseases. She has also worked for a wellness clinic specializing in weight management with an emphasis on integrative nutrition and holistic techniques.
Outside of the gym, Kelly works in corporate wellness in a coaching capacity. She stays abreast of the latest research by meeting continuing education requirements to maintain her credentials. Kelly brings to the club: menu development, individualized plans, and coaching on sustainable food and lifestyle changes.
In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, Kelly is a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and teaches Impact at the club. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has completed several runs including Tough Mudder. Kelly is driven to live a healthy life for herself and is motivated by her husband and her children. It is her dream to assist others in achieving health outcomes by emphasizing the partnership that is nutrition and physical activity.

Best of all, you can even have your sandwich delivered right to your chair while you relax poolside during the summer months. Ordering instructions are posted in the outdoor pool area for your convenience.
Cool off and unwind with a refreshing drink and bite to eat at our Outdoor Bar & Grille, open all summer long.
Thursday nights are Adults 21+ Only after 5:00 pm. Join us for live music, drink specials and great vibes! The Bar & Grille follows the same operating hours as our outdoor pool area.
