Amy has been teaching at the Princeton Club since 2014. Her love for teaching others came after she went on her journey of making herself and her health a priority in life again. Many people struggle with balance between work, home and caring for children and then don’t take the time to take care of themselves. They often start putting their own health last. Amy found herself in this position and hired a personal trainer herself, to help balance her life. Now, she enjoys paying that forward and helping others find that balance in life for themselves. Her passion is in helping people put the pieces together in a way that works best for them to find that balance, along with good health and happiness. To Amy, Personal Training is about the whole picture. “You have to get all the pieces to fit together correctly.” She also loves the variety of Personal Training as well as teaching group classes. For fun, Amy enjoys obstacle course run or any adventurous activity such as hiking or running trails.
