Blake’s focus as a Trainer comes down to ensuring that anyone and everyone succeeds with their own personal fitness. Regardless of circumstances people should be able to find the help they need to do well and make their own progress. The reward as a Trainer comes down to seeing people feel better and feel confident. Blake specializes in strength training, weight loss, balance and stability, total body resistance training, and minor injury recovery. He is a big-time film and music buff, having attended a lot of concerts and originally being a film student. One of his goals is to attend as much live music as possible.
